Distilled from the Desert Spoon plant of Chihuahua, Durango and Coahuila,
Sotol is one of Mexico's oldest spirits — older than tequila, wilder than mezcal.
Known as the serpent's father for growing where nothing else survives.
Herbaceous, mineral, untamed. This is the base.

Profile
Mexican Sotol, Padre de las Serpientes. Named after the serpent's shed skin —
transformation, renewal, danger. Wild Sotol meets living kombucha, fresh
passion fruit and coconut water in a long drink built on tension. Tropical
and mineral at once. Sweet and alive. Served over a single long ice block
that melts slowly, changing the drink as you drink it. The last pour
completes it at your table.
